    Enterprise Sales Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a driven, passionate, analytical, and committed individual to join the team as we grow and expand across Africa and beyond.
    • You will be working with the Enterprise team under the Operations Business Unit and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
    • You are charged with developing and implementing a Strategic Sales Plan that expands the company’s customer base and increases the sales of enterprise-grade products & services by reaching top private and government organizations to grow our enterprise market.
    • You will also be responsible for growing the building of strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with both new & existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering them value to transform their businesses.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Develop and execute all key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans required to achieve financial targets.
    • Identify potential enterprise customers, prepare relevant sales pitch documents, bring in those leads and ensure the customers are fully converted.
    • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers and generate new business for the company's enterprise products/services;
    • Seek out key stakeholders and work across customer organizations to identify opportunities, upsell, and close deals;
    • Create and deliver sales presentations that are compelling and informative by highlighting the value of the company's enterprise products & services
    • Present configurations and pricing for the enterprise solutions; negotiating the terms, conditions, pricing, and understanding the steps to come to a closure.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule, even in periods of change in customer interest.
    • Understand customer requirements and product capabilities on a business and technical level to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our cloud solutions and appropriately set expectations;
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
    • Expedite the resolution of enterprise customer problems and complaints.
    • Coordinate sales effort with marketing, finance, product, and technical service teams;
    • Maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction, following the closure of an opportunity and also loyalty to ensure continuous renewal of services.

    • Negotiate good deals and close prospects successfully.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Coach, support, and mentor younger sales team members in developing key sales opportunities.
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the team lead and management.
    • Design, manage, research, and maintain best practices, industry standards, methodologies, and metrics to gather pertinent information, track and analyze data, and prepare complex reports and documents for management.
    • Develop or update procedures by working closely with all teams to lead enterprise customer complaint trend analysis from all touch points & proactively ensure they are captured, investigated, escalated, and documented as well as appropriate actions implemented
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver products & services that are built to the appropriate standards and meets the needs of the business and that of our clients;
    • Contribute to process improvement and innovation and influence team members to support changes to improve standards and quality by suggesting new products & services that are appealing to enterprise customers.
    • Address and discuss issues identified and proposed solutions with superiors.
    • Ensure all team members are aligned with current and future objectives of company goals by promoting awareness in the team and developing an atmosphere of an open and productive culture where employees take pride and responsibility in what they do.
    • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills to improve the company’s sales goals and for personal development
    • Analyze and investigate product and service complaints by enterprise clients to ensure closure and customer satisfaction
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

    • Minimum of four (4) years experience with 2+ years of enterprise sales experience.
    • Must be Tech Savvy with the ability to talk tech and use most productivity software.
    • Prior experience in B2B or cloud solution sales desired
    • Effective relationship building/growing skills, with the ability to deliver results simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
    • Experience with implementing changes to improve individual and team processes, sales methodology, and user experience.
    • Master and maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute territory sales strategies.
    • Ability to work independently & a team player
    • Must be able to work remotely and on-site.
    • Must have a laptop.
