    Enterprise Manager (Healthcare & other corporate sectors)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop a strategy for expansion of the distribution channel in Nigeria that is in line with the organisation’s goals and strategy.
    • Recruit Distributors and Resellers in the Solar space to partner with Arnergy.
    • Maintains active relationships with Arnergy’s Distributors, Resellers and Partners to grow the Distribution channel.
    • Develop and successfully execute sales strategies to exceed the sales and profitability targets across the Distribution channel.
    • Work closely with Distributors and partners to plan sell-out strategies, provide quality service, organise training and provide support necessary for attainment of the channel’s objectives. Anticipates obstacles and identifies alternative strategies.
    • Increase the business revenue through business expansion and fostering profitability by building strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the Distribution channel.
    • Applies technical expertise, excellent market and business management skills necessary for dealing with specific, high-level target audiences.
    • Use of Arnergy’s internal tools to deliver highly accurate forecasts that identify revenue and timing of all projects, resulting in a qualified pipeline of prospects and detailed input.
    • Redefine, create, manage and track specific business plans/actions through regular meetings and reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Perform Partner’s management in a compliant way by ensuring
    • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to commercial operations – including win/loss analysis.

    Requirements & Skills
    You'll be a good fit for this role if you have experience with:

    • Industry/role specific: Excellent understanding of the utility industry, consumer-oriented Solid understanding of the renewable energy marketplace.
    • Understands market dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscape.
    • Functional Specific: Broad understanding of sales operations, closing sales with HNIs and ability to meet sales targets.
    • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
    • A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of five years of work experience in a sales and marketing environment.

    We’d also like to see:

    • Proven work experience as a sales manager or similar sales role
    • Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators
    • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
    • Ability to handle presentations and facilitation of sales and direct marketing training.
    • Display and orientation to profitability.
    • Demonstration of the knowledge of market and competition
    • Ability to be decisive and make timely decisions
