    Enterprise Business Manager

    About the Role:

    Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record of driving enterprise solution sales and building high-value client partnerships?

    • We are a leading provider of innovative software solutions, an established technology company specializing in digital transformation, seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Sales Business Development Manager with a specific focus on Enterprise Solutions and experience in the sale of Artificial Intelligence solutions to spearhead our growth within the Nigerian enterprise market.
    • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing significant deals for our suite of enterprise and AI solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of complex business needs and technology to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and drive substantial revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for our enterprise and AI solutions portfolio within the Nigerian market.
    • Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, consultative relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within target organizations.
    • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand complex business challenges and identify opportunities for our enterprise solutions.
    • Develop and present compelling value propositions, tailored proposals, and impactful presentations to enterprise clients.
    • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise deals, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Build an impressive business development/sales team with a specific focus on the growth potential and career development of the team.
    • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and product specialists to ensure solution alignment and successful client outcomes.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals for enterprise solutions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline within our CRM system.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging enterprise technologies.
    • Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is highly desirable.
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise solutions and AI solutions sales and business development within the Nigerian market.
    • Proven success in selling complex, high-value technology solutions to large organizations.
    • Deep understanding of enterprise business processes, challenges, and technology adoption trends.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive-level engagement skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with senior decision-makers.
    • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and solution-selling abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and enterprise sales methodologies.
    • Self-motivated, highly driven, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving ambitious targets.
