    Elevator Sales & Business Development Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in key sectors such as real estate, commercial buildings, hospitality, malls, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders including consultants, QS teams, project managers, contractors, and building owners.
    • Conduct regular site visits and networking to track upcoming construction projects and procurement cycles.
    • Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and proposals during client engagements.
    • Collaborate with technical, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
    • Support the tender process including document preparation, pricing inputs, BOQ review, and submission of bids.
    • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
    • Gather market data including competitor offerings, pricing, and installation trends.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases using CRM tools.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports including progress against targets.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain strong post-sale communication to ensure satisfaction.
    • Work with service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer retention.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
    • 2 – 4 years of B2B sales or business development experience—preferably in the elevator, construction, or building services industry.
    • Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close sales.
    • Experience working with consultants and contractors is an added advantage.
