    Early Years Teacher

    Job description

    • Planning and Implementing Curriculum: Developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of young children.
    • Observation and Assessment: Continuously observing and assessing children's development and learning styles to inform teaching practices.
    • Creating a Positive Learning Environment: Establishing a stimulating, safe, and supportive classroom where children feel encouraged to learn and explore.
    • Parent Communication: Regularly communicating with parents about their child's progress and development.
    • Collaboration: Working effectively with other educators and staff to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment for children.
    • Childcare Tasks: Assisting with basic childcare tasks, such as meal preparation and diaper changes, as required.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Education: Typically requires a degree in early childhood education or a related field.
    • Teaching Certificate: A relevant teaching certificate or license is often required.
