Assist in implementing the Bank’s electronic banking strategies aimed towards increasing channel usage & fee income.
Develop innovative electronic services to fit all clients segment and involve in user testing of new projects and ongoing E-channels initiatives, participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Develop and coordinate transitioning of bank loan application process from manual to digital
Assist in Boosting customer reach through upturning the different E-channels penetration and adoption rate.
Management of the bank’s ATMs, monitor usage/performance
Perform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually transactions report to track the E-channels utilization status.
Ensure the Cleanliness and the ideal presentation of the bank's E-channels (ATM’s, Web Applications, SMS Banking, and Mobile Banking & Internet Banking) in the Market through instant reporting systems.
Coordinate all the E Channels marketing materials
Assist in Performing marketing campaigns to increase the E channels adoption rate
Manage all operations and risks associated with E-channels including resolution of issues, fraud mitigation, customer security, monitoring and management of stakeholders.
Overall understanding and custodianship of the bank’s Payments operations/functions of the Card and USSD payment systems.
Provide 1st level Functional Support on all banking Electronic Channels and software (E-Banking & Card) and ensure system availability and performance.
Analyze reported incidents issues & ensure that support is provided in line with the Service Level Agreements with vendors and all issued raised are resolved.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a banking E channel /operations
A relevant degree in Informatics (ICT), commerce or equivalent qualification
