As the IT Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions including networks, servers, and systems while supporting project execution and ensuring optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and system issues to ensure minimal downtime
Support IT infrastructure deployment during project execution and assist with system upgrades
Implement network security measures and maintain system performance and reliability
Maintain technical documentation and provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years experience in network or IT infrastructure engineering roles
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and support is required
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and infrastructure management.
