Role Summary

• Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to support the growth of a cleaning company.
• The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in the residential and commercial cleaning sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare proposals and presentations; negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Track sales activities and provide regular reports on progress toward targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years of experience as a BD in similer sector
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in service-related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Knowledge of cleaning service operations is a plus.
• Experience in the Cleaning or facility management industry is a must! 
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.

Job Summary

• As the IT Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions including networks, servers, and systems while supporting project execution and ensuring optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and system issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Support IT infrastructure deployment during project execution and assist with system upgrades
• Implement network security measures and maintain system performance and reliability
• Maintain technical documentation and provide technical support to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years experience in network or IT infrastructure engineering roles
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and support is required
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and infrastructure management.
