Duty Manager at Lington & Bernie Consulting Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations across departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints and service issues
• Support the hotel manager in maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency
• Monitor staff attendance and performance during shifts
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the hotel
• Prepare shift reports and handover notes for continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of hotel software is an added advantage.
