The Document and Government Relations Officer will attend to riders documentation processes, liaise with the onboarding unit for document checklist.
Job Dimension
As the Document and Government relations Officer you would ensure the smooth running and in speeding up response time to solving all document related issues.
Responsibilities
Attending riders for bike documents daily.
Preparation of Bike Documents for Onboarding process.
Sorting of bike documents such as roadworthiness, stage carriage, Hackney & VL, letter badges and stickers etc
Make photocopies of contracts and bike documents and filing independently for each bike
Raise Payments for bike Documents Renewal every month
Keep track of Bike Documents.
Request and document daily Bike Updates from riders.
Photo capturing for riders onboarding (Upload New Drivers Picture and forward to vendor for ID card processing).
Ensuring document related issues are resolved in time.
Retrieving documents upon request
Assisting with both internal and external audits.
Requirements
HND or B.Sc in any field of study.
1-2 years experience as an administrative personnel office administration, secretarial work
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.
Excellent use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
