    Doctor-Patient Liaison Officer

    Job Summary 

    • We seek a highly organised, compassionate, and proactive Doctor-Patient Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team at DRO Health.
    • In this crucial role, you will act as the bridge between patients and doctors, ensuring that appointments are scheduled and managed efficiently while providing a seamless and supportive experience for everyone involved.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitoring bookings from patients
    • Confirming and reminding doctors about appointments
    • Ensuring doctors start appointments on time
    • Helping patients with any issues related to joining and completing an appointment
    • Quickly and efficiently reschedule appointments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to both the patient and doctor's schedule
    • Respond to patient inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, Crisp, etc.) in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs or concerns effectively
    • Managing doctor’s schedules
    • Generate and present monthly reports on appointment bookings, doctor schedules, patient feedback, and overall operational efficiency
    • Innovating in the role to optimise the experience and ensure an efficient process for the patients and doctors

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
    • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment
    • Experience using CRMs, appointment scheduling tools, or telemedicine platforms is an advantage
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
    • Certification in healthcare administration or medical office management is a plus.
