We seek a highly organised, compassionate, and proactive Doctor-Patient Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team at DRO Health.
In this crucial role, you will act as the bridge between patients and doctors, ensuring that appointments are scheduled and managed efficiently while providing a seamless and supportive experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities
Monitoring bookings from patients
Confirming and reminding doctors about appointments
Ensuring doctors start appointments on time
Helping patients with any issues related to joining and completing an appointment
Quickly and efficiently reschedule appointments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to both the patient and doctor's schedule
Respond to patient inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, Crisp, etc.) in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs or concerns effectively
Managing doctor’s schedules
Generate and present monthly reports on appointment bookings, doctor schedules, patient feedback, and overall operational efficiency
Innovating in the role to optimise the experience and ensure an efficient process for the patients and doctors
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment
Experience using CRMs, appointment scheduling tools, or telemedicine platforms is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Certification in healthcare administration or medical office management is a plus.
