Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Salary: N80,000 to N100,000.
Age: Not more than 40 years.
Experience: 1-4 years’ experience as a Digital Marketer.
Qualification: B.sc/HND in related course
Requirements: As a Digital specialist, the required skills that form part of today's digital marketing job description will involve innovation, interpretation of data, engaging with customers, and communicating the latest trends in order to develop effective marketing strategies. Theoretical knowledge about the latest benchmarks and innovations within digital marketing is necessary.
Job Description:
- Creating & analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
- Implementation of basic SEO strategies including keyword research, link acquisition, and on-site optimization.
- Familiarity with digital marketing optimization tools such as Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, HubSpot.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance and track success.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Managing campaigns and creating budget for the campaign
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Track the website traffic flow.
