Description
- The Deputy Registrar serves as a key management team member, supporting the Registrar in driving operational excellence across Membership, Technology, Examinations and Educational Functions, while also supporting the Registrar in executing and delivering Council-approved strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of short- and long-term strategic goals
- Drive membership growth and revenue expansion
- Ensure digital systems, IT governance and compliance
- Provide high-level administrative and governance support
- Strengthen professional efficiency and institutional performance
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Master’s Degree in Business, Insurance, Law, Finance or related field
- Associate or Fellow of CIIN
- 10–15 years’ working experience
- Proven management leadership experience
- Strong governance, digital transformation and performance management expertise.
