Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Deputy COO) at Nextzon Business Services Limited

Role Overview

• The Deputy Chief Operating Officer will support the COO in driving end-to-end operational execution.
• The role focuses on translating strategy into efficient, scalable, and fully compliant day-to-day operations across agent networks, contributor onboarding, partner coordination, and service delivery—ensuring orderly growth as volumes and geographic coverage expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core operational processes, including onboarding workflows, agent activities, and partner interactions.
• Oversee field operations relating to agent deployment, supervision, productivity monitoring, and compliance with approved procedures.
• Supervise contributor onboarding to ensure accuracy, documentation integrity, and full regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate operational relationships with PFAs, insurance partners, cooperatives, and platform partners, ensuring efficient service-level performance.
• Identify operational risks arising from scale, field activities, or process gaps, and work closely with Compliance to ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Prepare periodic operational reports covering onboarding volumes, agent performance, service quality, and KPI tracking.
• Provide structured updates to the COO on operational bottlenecks, risks, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years’ experience in operations management within financial services, fintech, insurance, or other regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing distributed or agent-led operations.
• Proven ability to scale operations while maintaining strong process discipline and regulatory compliance.
