We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused intern to join our Customer Success team. This role provides hands-on experience in client engagement, account management, and business development, offering a strong foundation for a career in customer success, client relations, or account management.
As an Intern, you will work closely with senior team members to support client conversion, customer engagement initiatives, help drive client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the organization’s service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries and pitching the different training and services of the organization.
Assist in monitoring customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Work with the Corporate Communications team to boost customer referrals and conversions.
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints in a timely manner and keep records.
Assist in client conversion and lead generation.
Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payment processing.
Requirements
Recent graduates or NYSC corps members (0–1 year experience).
BSc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to addressing needs.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Access to a Functional Laptop

Prior internship or volunteer experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
Familiarity with CRM systems or client engagement platforms.
Knowledge of sales processes, client retention strategies, or customer success best practices.
