Job Description:
Our company, an Asian fast-casual restaurant, is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
