    Customer Relationship Officer / Front Desk Officer, (NYSC)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Front Desk & Administrative Duties

    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners with warmth and professionalism.
    • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
    • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
    • Manage appointment calendars, schedule client meetings, and assist staff with coordination needs.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
    • Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure adherence to facility access protocols.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service-related questions.
    • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service.
    • Provide detailed information about the company’s services, products, policies, and processes.
    • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
    • Follow up with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvement.
    • Support client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Maintain a customer feedback system and provide periodic reports to management.

    Internal Collaboration

    • Work closely with operations, sales, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Escalate urgent issues to relevant teams and track them to resolution.
    • Contribute to the development of customer service standards and front-desk procedures.

    Qualifications

    • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field
    • Proven experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or front desk operations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Professional appearance with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Emotional intelligence and confidence in handling difficult clients.
