    Customer Experience Manager (B2C)

    ​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage multi-channel customer support (chat, phone, email).
    • Develop service processes and feedback loops to improve satisfaction.
    • Track and report on CX KPIs (NPS, CSAT, FRT).
    • Train and supervise support agents.

    Requirements:

    • 4–6 years of experience in a customer service/experience role.
    • Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills.
    • Familiar with CX tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom.

    Ideal Profile:

    • You are empathetic, proactive, and obsessed with creating “wow” moments for customers.
