    Head of Sales (TVS - 2W, 3W, Spare Parts)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the national sales team
    • Drive revenue growth and market expansion
    • Develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Strengthen channel performance and customer relationships
    • Monitor sales KPIs and oversee end-to-end commercial execution.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of progressive sales experience
    • Strong background in FMCG / automotive / consumer products
    • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
    • Experience in nationwide sales operations is an added advantage.
