    Client Relationship Officer

    Job Summary

    The Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients while ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the customer lifecycle. The role will focus on client acquisition, onboarding, retention, and engagement.

    The ideal candidate must possess strong relationship management, customer service, business development, and client engagement skills, with the ability to attract new clients, onboard them seamlessly, and maintain long-term relationships that contribute to business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail clients for the firm\'s products and services.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and account-related matters.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
    • Provide timely resolution of client complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Regularly engage clients on market opportunities, investment products, and portfolio enhancement opportunities.
    • Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve client engagement and retention.
    • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Business Development teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

    Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, Client Onboarding, or Client Acquisition.
    • Experience within a Financial Services Institution is strongly preferred.
    • Professional certification, such as CIS, is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrable experience in client onboarding, customer relationship management, and retail client engagement.

    Required Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
    • Knowledge of KYC and client onboarding processes.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
