    Customer Care Representative

    • Respond to customer inquiries via all social platforms
    • confirm customer orders accurately
    • confirm customer orders accurately
    • Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary
    • Provide information about product, promotions and delivery details
    •  Maintain customer records and order details
    •  Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidate must reside in or around Gbagada, Lagos
    • Completion of National Youth Service Corp (NYSC)
    • Good communicamotion skills(verbal and written)
    • Friendly, and customer focused attitude
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer and smartphone skills
