The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive corporate sales, expand market share, and build strong long-term relationships with business clients.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales goals and profitability.
Identify, engage, and close deals with new corporate clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies that drive sales.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
Represent the company at business functions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding corporate sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable sales initiatives.
