    Corporate Sales Manager

    Job Purpose

    • The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive corporate sales, expand market share, and build strong long-term relationships with business clients.
    • The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales goals and profitability.
    • Identify, engage, and close deals with new corporate clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
    • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies that drive sales.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
    • Represent the company at business functions, trade shows, and industry networking events.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
    • 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding corporate sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
    • Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable sales initiatives.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
    • Strong business acumen and networking abilities.

    Corporate Sales Executives

    Job Purpose

    • The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving corporate sales for SLOT Systems Limited by acquiring new business clients, managing existing corporate accounts, and delivering tailored technology and mobile device solutions that meet client needs.
    • The role requires proactive business development, effective relationship management, and consistent achievement of set sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate organizations, SMEs, government institutions, High Networth Individuals and NGOs.
    • Promote and sell SLOT’s range of products (mobile devices, accessories, gadgets, and related services) to corporate clients.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies to close profitable deals.
    • Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, after-sales support, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
    • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to provide feedback for strategy improvement.
    • Maintain accurate sales records, track pipelines, and prepare periodic sales reports.
    • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
    • Represent SLOT Systems Limited at exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate networking events.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year work experience.

    Human Resources Manager (Legal)

    Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong legal background to join our HR team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, driving employee engagement, and providing legal guidance on people-related matter.

    Job Description
    HR Operations & Strategy: 

    • Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with SLOT’s strategic objectives and values.

    Legal & Compliance: 

    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, industrial relations regulations, and relevant international standards.

    Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Manage grievance procedures, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in line with labour law and company policy.

    Talent Management & Development:

    • Develop succession planning and leadership development programs to support SLOT’s growth.
    • Manage employee performance appraisals and provide coaching for managers on performance improvement.

    HR Administration & Reporting:

    • Prepare HR reports and metrics (turnover, retention, training hours, compliance audits) for management decision-making.
    • Oversee payroll input, statutory remittances (PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF), and compliance with tax and labour regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, HR, Industrial Relations, or related fields (Legal qualification preferred).
    • Master's Degree would be an added advantage
    • 5 - 10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • HR Professional certification is required
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
