Content, Social Media & Directory Manager at Guufs International

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing:

• Research and write high-quality articles around AI, business growth, productivity, and creator tools.
• Format, edit, and publish directly on our platform
• Ensure every piece of content feels human, valuable, and aligned with AItugo’s tone; no generic AI fluff.

Social Media Management:

• Run AItugo’s social media pages (especially on LinkedIn and X).
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars, carousels, short clips, polls, infographics, quotes, and micro-posts.
• Track engagement, learn what works, and adapt fast.
• Turn insights from articles into bite-sized social content that builds trust and community.

AI Tools Directory Management:

• Oversee and update AItugo’s AI Tools Directory. keeping listings fresh, accurate, and valuable to creators.
• Research and add new tools regularly (with briefs that help users understand what’s worth trying).
• Spot trends in the AI space and bring them into AItugo’s ecosystem early

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience. 
• You are a self-driven creator who doesn’t need to be chased to do great work.
• You understand content, trends, and online communities, not just how to post, but how to manage and make things move.
• You know WordPress, Canva, and have a decent grasp of ChatGPT or other AI tools.
• You care about writing that feels alive, not keyword stuffing or robotic copy.
• You are willing to experiment, learn, and grow.
• Ability to run organic social media and paid advertising campaigns
• You are not chasing a 9–5. You want to build something that matters

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and email newsletters.
• Ability to repurpose long-form content into short-form ideas.
• Ability to present, create, and edit videos
• Comfort working in a startup-style environment where things move fast.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
