About the Role

• This is a full-time hybrid role as a Content Marketing Specialist.
• As a Content Marketing Specialist at Ha-Shem, you will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for our brand across various platforms.
• This includes developing content strategies, conducting market research, writing and editing content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. While this role is primarily located in Lagos State, Nigeria, there is flexibility for some remote work.

• We're looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us develop and execute content marketing strategies specifically focused on cybersecurity and network monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content marketing campaigns targeting IT professionals and security enthusiasts.
• Create high-quality content in various formats, including blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, infographics, and social media content.
• Research and write about complex cybersecurity and network monitoring topics in a clear, concise, and engaging way.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering) to ensure content aligns with business goals.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach.
• Analyze content performance using website analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Manage and promote content on social media channels.
• Stay informed about current content marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing or a similar role
• Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content in various formats
• Strong understanding of SEO principles
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology (a plus)
• Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies (a plus)
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
• Passion for cybersecurity and staying up-to-date on industry trends
