Job Overview:

• We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator / Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence.
• The ideal candidate should be social media-savvy, have a flair for visual storytelling, and understand how to turn hospitality moments into engaging content that connects with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Produce engaging photos, videos, and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Handle daily posting, audience engagement, and community management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to cover events, promotions, and special occasions.
• Track analytics and suggest creative ways to boost engagement and visibility.
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in content creation or social media management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Good communication and storytelling abilities.
• Energetic, creative, and passionate about hospitality and lifestyle content.
• Must be willing to reside on-site in Abeokuta.
