Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the banking sector.
B.Sc./B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Solid experience in deposit mobilization, investment, credit, and loan products.
Proactively develop and maintain client relationships, anticipate client needs, and provide tailored financial solutions to ensure high client satisfaction.
Responsible for achieving and exceeding performance targets in consumer banking sales and marketing.
Drive credit marketing initiatives, with focus on IPPIS loans, salary loans, personal loans, and other consumer credit facilities to expand the bank’s loan portfolio.
Conduct credit assessment by preparing and completing loan documentation, researching and evaluating applicants’ financial status, references, repayment ability, and risk level.
Ensure strict compliance with the bank’s credit policies, risk standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with risk management, compliance, and securities teams to maintain quality loan assets.
Provide advisory support on consumer banking products such as savings, investments, and credit facilities.
Interpret and apply relevant regulations, including exemptions relating to the processing of personal data, in line with banking and data protection requirements.
