Role Mandate

Work directly with the CEO to develop and document high-level institutional brand systems. Your job is to think clearly, structure intelligently, and write with discipline.
This role requires research depth, structural clarity, and calm execution across all deliverables.

What You Will Do

• Conduct competitive and peer benchmarking (local & international)
• Analyse financial and corporate materials
• Support positioning and brand architecture frameworks
• Draft and refine institutional copy (website, brochure, messaging)
• Prepare structured documentation for Brand Manuals
• Attend leadership sessions and extract strategic insights
• Support slide preparation and executive materials

Who You Are

• Strong research and analytical ability
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Comfortable reading financial or corporate material
• Structured thinker. Detail-obsessed.
• Mature, discreet, intellectually curious
• You read beyond social media.

 Terms of Engagement 

• Monthly Compensation: ₦250,000
• Quarterly Bonus: ₦150,000 Hybrid work structure
