Compensation & Benefits Officer at Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc

• The Compensation & Benefits Officer will support the Bank's risk based and performance driven reward framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, labour regulations, and internal governance standards.
• The role will drive equitable, competitive, and sustainable compensation and benefits practices across the Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance & Frameworks: Manage compensation and benefits in line with CBN guidelines, statutory tax requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Market Alignment & Equity: Execute salary reviews, market benchmarking, and job evaluations to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
• Administration & Reporting: Oversee benefit pro- grams and provide detailed compensation analytics
• for regulatory audits and management deci- sion-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources,
• Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5—7 years' experience in compensa- tion and benefits, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines,
• Nigerian labour laws, pensions, and tax regulations.
