Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Fosad Consulting

Position Overview:

• Fosad Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources Consulting Firm.
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs for our clients, while managing their employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations, compensation, and benefits roles, preferably within a consulting or HR advisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
