Serve as Client expert in the Clients Trainer Network group and help answer questions that arise about the platform.
Job Description
Facilitate workshops at conference or events in Nigeria and other SSA.
Attend and lead webinars (with SSA HV as required) team for product updates/ trainings
Facilitate train the trainer workshops for the Policy program, facilitate refresh workshops for existing trainers; observe new trainers and provide immediate feedback and coaching
Collaborate with the Client Hub Team to organize and coordinate the logistics for workshops, conferences and events
Partner and collaborate with internal teams on the design, creation, delivery, and effective measurement of innovative training solutions (as required).
Champion and produce success stories for customers who have had success in growing their business by using our products have used our products to grow their business
To provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
To work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues.
Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to including but not limited to, Security, HR, Operations, etc. and any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately.

Technical skills
Usage of MS Office
Fluency in English and one Nigerian language/dialect (as needed)
Familiarity with online advertising products and social media
Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills
