Graphic Designer & Video Editor at Luvanex Realty

Role Summary 

He/She will be responsible for all visual storytelling, designs, and video editing across Luvanex Group and Luvanex Foundation, ensuring brand consistency, speed, and excellence.

 Core Responsibilities

Design & Video Production

• Design and edit multiple still images and videos weekly for all brands.
• Create designs for digital and print use.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social and media platforms.
• Design brochures, flyers, and branded assets. 

Creative Direction & Brand Consistency

• Follow established brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Maintain creative consistency across all outputs.
• Support the Creative Director’s vision. 

Project & Time Management

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Meet strict turnaround timelines: Still images: 12–24 hours Videos: 24–48 hours (time-sensitive)
• Maintain a minimum 90% performance rating monthly to qualify for full salary. 

Image, Sound & Video Enhancement 

• Perform image retouching and manipulation.
• Enhance video quality, sound, and pacing.
• Optimize content for platform-specific formats.

 Requirements

• Proficiency in design and video editing software.
• Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of social media formats and trends.
• Willingness to receive feedback and iterate quickly. 
• Attend physical meetings when required
