Understanding the complexity of a commercial role in Nigeria (such as forex).
Intrapreneurial with a proactive mindset. Pragmatic and no-nonsense mentality.
Commercial prospecting and negotiation skills. Putting yourself in the customer’s shoes.
Enthusiastic and goal-oriented person who likes to take initiative with a large degree of autonomy. Not minding knocking on the same door 10 times.
A commercial feeling with Nigeria and/or other countries in West Africa is a plus.
Speaking English fluently, and every other language is a plus.
