Responsibilities

• Ensure all preventive and schedule maintenance, troubleshooting, utility operations smoothly for 100% availability of all machines.
• Ensure monitoring on logbooks, checklists, ISO documentations and SAP.
• Evaluation of machine failure and root cause analysis
• Establish rhythm for departmental reporting and discipline.
• Ensure allotted jobs to be finished within time bound with safety precautions.
• Cost saving and technical suggestion for improvement of machine performance.

Qualifications/requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering 
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Sound experience in mechanical rotary and static equipment.
• Good operational experience in utility and ETP plants.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring 100% power availability within the plant
• Ensuring durability of generators through scheduling preventive maintenance 
• Filling of daily report logbook and condition monitoring checklist as per ISO standard
• Preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment
• Effective maintenance of PRMS
• Keeping diesel generators healthy by regular cleaning inspection and schedule maintenance
• Preparation of accident report
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy and speed.
• Ensure all successful replacement of CNG skid during plant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND in Electrical/Mechanical or HND in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Powe plant maintenance in a manufacturing industry. 
• Organization and communication skill
