Collection Officer

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive, confident, results-driven, with a passion for loan recovery to join our team as a collection officer in Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding loan repayments
- Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of an SSCE
- Previous experience in loan recovery is an added advantage
- Must own an Android phone (Atleast 3GB RAM)
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
