CNC Operator / Fitter for Fabrication at Nigerian Foundries Group

We are in search of a talented and experienced CNC machine operator. The preferred candidate must be a highly competent individual with exceptional attention to detail and mechanical ability.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all fabrication Jobs in area of CNC plasma, Bending Rolling, Dynamic Balance and accessories, fabrication machine and carry out fitting Job so that Welders can be carryout their own job as per  standard.
• Carryout necessary CNC plasma cutting NESTING program and operate CNC plasma cutting along OXY/ACTY
• Carryout all fabrication equipment operation in Bending, Rolling equipment along with dynamic balancing machine also.
• Ensure the Welder team carry out the required standard ASME required for the job.
• Specific skills: CNC Nesting/Operation, Bending m/c, Rolling machine operation along with fitting and welding Job to carried out.

Other requirements

• Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
• Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
• Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Academic Qualification: Trade test certificate, OND
