    Head, Talent and Performance Management

    Job Summary

    • We are currently partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire a Head, Talent & Performance Management based in Lagos.
    • This opportunity is designed for high-performing HR professionals from the consulting environment or similarly structured organizations who have built strong expertise in Talent Strategy, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Organizational Development.
