    Client Service Executive

    Job Summary:

    • The company is seeking to hire a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Executive who will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the company’s guests feel valued and appreciated.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
    • Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person.
    • Identify and resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintain an accurate record of all client details and communications.
    • Build and maintain long-lasting business relationships with clients.
    • Provide clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company.
    • Identify and make promotional/marketing offers to potential clients.

    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain inventory of resort amenities, including beach equipment, recreational activities, and guest supplies.
    • Ensure inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels to meet guest demands.
    • Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.

    Procurement:

    • Source and procure goods and services required for business operations.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
    • 3+ years proven work experience as a Client Service Executive.
    • Familiarity with CRM and Hospitality software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual.
    • Ability to maintain calm composure in stressful situations.
    • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
    • Good listening skills.
    • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
