    Chief Operating Officer

    Job Description

    • Our client is in need of a highly capable and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team and drive operational excellence.
    • The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operations, including overseeing the clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
    • The COO will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage clinical operations, protocols, staff, and service quality.
    • Oversee the company's administrative operations, including the management of finances, human resources, and information technology.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for the company, in collaboration with the CEO.
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
    • Manage the company's resources effectively.
    • Represent the company to external stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • MBA / MSc in Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years proven track record of senior leadership experience.
    • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
    • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Experience working in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
    • Female candidate, based in Abuja, Nigeria.
