Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline operations across transportation, real estate, and oil & gas subsidiaries to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Implement robust operational processes and enhance productivity to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute growth strategies, innovation initiatives, and risk management protocols.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance across all operational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field; an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years in senior operational roles, with experience in transportation, real estate, or oil & gas.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of successful cross-functional management.
• Proven ability to implement efficient processes and drive performance in complex, multi-industry settings.
• Must have experience in at least two industries - transportation & real estate
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
