    Role Purpose

    The Operations Coordinator supports the efficient execution of operational activities, ensuring coordination between field teams, laboratory, clients, and internal stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate daily operational schedules for inspections, surveys, and sampling.
    • Liaise with clients, field staff, laboratories, and third-party service providers.
    • Prepare job orders, work schedules, and operational documentation.
    • Track job progress and ensure timely reporting and invoicing support.
    • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and HSSE requirements.
    • Maintain operational records and databases.
    • Support logistics, travel, and equipment mobilization.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
    • Minimum 3–10 years of experience in operations coordination.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with inspection or logistics environments is an advantage.
