Chief of Staff at eRecruiter Nigeria

Our client is a B2B marketplace with business focus in connecting global electronics wholesalers to retail store-fronts. They currently operate in the United States as well as Nigeria and serves buyers across the world. They have an opening for a Chief of Staff - Nigeria. This role is for an experienced professional or former founder excited to get his/her hands dirty and build a global e-commerce platform. A strong performer will feel and be treated as a founding member of the company.

Responsibilities

• The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO on matters related to the administrative, financial, and operational activities.
• Organizes and prioritizes critical information to assist the CEO in making efficient decisions.
• The Chief of Staff will also provide oversight and guidance to projects of high importance in addition to acting as an advisor to the CEO/Founding Team.
• The Chief of Staff will work 90% remotely and 10% on ground

Requirements

• Must have a B.Sc in Business Administration or any other related field of study (MBA is an added advantage)
• Must have atleast 4 years of experience working in a similar role or working for one of the Top Management Consulting firms, Private equity and/or could be an entrepreneur (VC-backed, post-PMF)
• Must have exceptional ability to model in Excel (will be assessed on this)
• Must have great leadership ability and deliver results from day one.
