    Chief Joint‑Venture Execution Officer (CJEO) - The Deal Grandmaster

    About the Role

    • On behalf of our client, we are seeking a fearless, battle‑tested deal‑maker to lead the execution of our joint‑venture strategy.
    • This role is designed for a zero‑excuses operator who thrives on speed, precision, and impact.
    • The CJEO will be the architect and closer of transformative partnerships that accelerate our mission in sustainability, EV/e‑mobility, and JaaS.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deal Structuring & Negotiation Design and negotiate complex JV structures that maximize strategic and financial outcomes.
    • Rapid Execution Drive 5–10 major JV deals from pipeline to signed agreements within months.
    • Stakeholder Management Build trust and influence with investors, developers, regulators, and internal leadership.
    • Risk & Compliance Oversight Ensure all deals meet financial, legal, and ESG standards while balancing speed with rigor.
    • Strategic Impact Translate partnerships into operational projects that accelerate sustainability and mobility goals.
    • Leadership & Mentorship Build and guide a high‑performing deal execution team to scale JV capacity.

    Profile & Qualifications

    • Proven track record of closing $500M+ in real estate joint ventures or equivalent large‑scale partnerships.
    • Deep expertise in deal structuring, financial modeling, and contract negotiation.
    • Exceptional ability to operate under pressure, with relentless focus on execution.
    • Strong network across real estate, infrastructure, energy, or mobility sectors.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline of a seasoned operator.
    • Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, high‑stakes environments.
