The CHRO will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across a large industrial agribusiness, covering manufacturing plants, agricultural operations, and commercial teams.
The role focuses on organizational development, talent strategy, performance culture, labour relations, and HR transformation.
Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
Strengthen performance management and drive a high-performance culture.
Manage compensation, benefits, and employee reward programs.
Ensure strong employee relations, union engagement, and labour law compliance.
Implement HR digitalization and process improvement.
Lead change management, culture-building, and succession planning.
Advise executive leadership on people strategy and organizational
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Social Sciences; Master’s degree is a plus.
15+ years of HR leadership experience in industrial, FMCG, or agro-processing environments.
Strong background in organizational development, HR operations, and labour relations.
Experience supporting large multi-site manufacturing or agricultural teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
