    Chief Human Resource Officer

    Responsibilities

    • The CHRO will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across a large industrial  agribusiness, covering manufacturing plants, agricultural operations, and commercial teams.
    • The role focuses on organizational development, talent strategy, performance culture, labour relations, and HR transformation.
    • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
    • Strengthen performance management and drive a high-performance culture.
    • Manage compensation, benefits, and employee reward programs.
    • Ensure strong employee relations, union engagement, and labour law compliance.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Social Sciences; Master’s degree is a plus.
    • 15+ years of HR leadership experience in industrial, FMCG, or agro-processing environments.
    • Strong background in organizational development, HR operations, and labour relations.
    • Experience supporting large multi-site manufacturing or agricultural teams.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    Chief Financial Officer (Expatriate)

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting a seasoned CFO for a major African conglomerate to oversee financial strategy and performance of its packaging business unit.

    Responsibilities

    • The role oversees finance operations, budgeting, treasury, cost control, reporting, compliance, and supports major operational and investment decisions.
    • Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
    • Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance (IFRS)
    • Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
    • Manage treasury, liquidity, tax, and cash flow
