About the job

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Raising capital and financing strategy, conduct pricing & price modelling to enhance company growth. 
• Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, treasury management and resource allocation.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop plans to mitigate risks and maximize returns.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and investors.
• Drive cost-control initiatives and improve financial efficiency across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 6-8 years experience as a CFO or senior financial executive
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, tax regulations, and best practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and risk management.
