Proven record in scaling organizations, securing partnerships, or fundraising.
Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations, innovation ecosystems, and workforce transformation.
Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional execution discipline.
Strategic thinker who balances innovation with operational rigor.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership presence.
Deep understanding of Africa’s tech and human capital landscape is an added advantage.
Familiarity with innovation districts, startup accelerators, or venture studios is preferred.
