    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives within the Food/FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product and brand management, with a proven track record of success in executing comprehensive marketing strategies.

    Job Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.​
    • Lead the creation and execution of marketing plans, ensuring effective delivery of goals and targets.​
    • Oversee all aspects of product and brand management for the assigned portfolio.​
    • Drive brand equity and awareness through innovative marketing campaigns.​
    • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.​
    • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including creative and media agencies.​
    • Ensure alignment and effective communication across all parties involved in marketing initiatives.​
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.​
    • Oversee media planning and category management across diverse geographies.​

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • MBA in Marketing from a recognized university or business school.​

    Experience:

    • 2 to 15 years of experience in the Food/FMCG industry within core marketing functions.​
    • Demonstrable successes in product and brand management.​

    Skills:

    • Strong commercial acumen and experience in budget handling.​
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.​
    • Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder management.​
    • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.​
    • Experience in executing ATL, BTL, TTL, market research, media planning, and category management across diverse geographies.
