Role Overview
The Call Center Agent: Discipleship & Follow-up Specialist is responsible for engaging with individuals who respond to ministry outreach, including calls, messages, and online interactions. This role focuses on building relationships, providing spiritual guidance, and ensuring consistent follow-up to help individuals grow in their faith and stay connected to the ministry.
