Role Description
- This is a full-time Business Development Officer role based on-site in Lekki.
- The Business Development Officer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, handling finance-related tasks, communicating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- New Business Development skills
- Analytical Skills
- Finance skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales and promotions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus
- close proximity to Ajah Sangotedo and Ibeju Lekki axis in Lagos is advised.
